Recipe Notes: 8 gallons at 140 to 30 pounds of grain to reach 132 degrees. While this is happening, bring four gallons of water to boil, add corn and 3 cups of pale. Use this to increase the temp of the mash to 155 degrees, use extra hot water if needed. Mash for 30 minutes, sparge. Dry hop with 2 oz hallertau and 2 oz Saaz for one week. Yeast is actually S05, not listed. 7/26/2011: Transferred one carboy to secondary; gravity reading 1.004.
